Madison Square Park – between Madison Ave & 23rd

Spanish sculptor Jaume Plensa, famous for public space works, makes his New York debut in Madison Square Park with Echo. He sculpted a 9 year old girl from his neighborhood in Barcelona.  She stands 40 ft. tall.  It is a breathtaking and serene sculpture.  If you need a break from the fast pace, go hang at Madison Sq. Park.  And if you have a few hours, wait in line at Shake Shack and eat on the lawn.  It looked at least 75 people deep as we passed through! We are anxiously awaiting the new Shake Shack in Battery Park City.
